Google Workspace's email campaign

How can Google Worskspace differentiate its emails from all of Google's brand campaigns? It was a huge project where creatives, copywriters, art directors, and Googlers worked together and find a way to create a template easy to use, easy to publish, and easy to be remembered.

To create this email template, we used an email design platform: Knak. With this new tool, you can design directly at the same time to publish and send campaigns. Similar to Figma, but with the possibility to have all in one plate.

The design team designed how modules should look based on the brand necessities. Parting following the Google Workspace brand lines, the content looks center aligned to maximize readability on desktop and mobile and incorporates vibrant and floating hero images to harmonize the emails.

Is this project alive?

Yes! Actually, Google Workspace is working together with me and the creative team using this email prototype and sending thousands of emails daily. My work day by day is creating new email versions and hero images. A little bit of Art Direction, UX, and graphic design in one project.
